After you have checked in, you cannot change or cancel the reservation in question. A cancellation or modification of your reservation must be completed no later than 2 days prior to the day of your original check-in date. After this time you can no longer cancel a reservation.
If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, you will be considered a 'no show'. Your reservation will then be canceled and in accordance with our cancellation policy, the customer will not receive any refunds.
